DR JUERGEN HENKE has been acting as an international management consultant for enterprises and advisor for German and European governments in smart innovation strategies promoting the collaboration between research organisations and economic entities. Actually he is advising German research organisations and enterprises in global networking for innovation and research collaboration. From 2010 till 2012 he was the team leader for the Commission of the European Union in Serbia advising the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Serbia in improving competitiveness and innovation of Serbian enterprises; Serbian faculties, research institutes and enterprises were assisted to apply jointly for EU funded research and innovation programmes with international partners. He was the Director of the German Management Academy in Celle (2001 – 2005) for international collaboration delivering management and innovation training and entrepreneurial internships for experienced and high-potential European entrepreneurs and managers. Mr. Henke is organising collaboration between industry – academia in EU research framework programmes, CIP, smart regional innovation initiatives, TEMPUS and national programmes. He has provided advice to Governments and organisations in Poland, Slovakia, Turkey, Indonesia and Lebanon for institutional development, designing strategic actions for technology-driven development; he undertook legislation gap analysis for technology centres and transfer organisations, and drafting of legal documents for innovation support institutions. Development of business plans for and management of technology centres and business service organisations is part of his engagements. As team leader for various projects of EuropeAid and The World Bank he is very familiar with international donor rules and regulations.
PROF. DR THIES WITTIG, managing director of IT Consult GmbH, Germany, has been involved in about 25 EU-funded projects, as coordinator, partner or key expert. The main focus of his activities is on ICT research, IT policy development in emerging economies, and innovation support for SMEs. In the past he had been involved for over 10 years as a researcher in the area of Signal Processing and Artificial Intelligence in Process Control in the private industry. He built up extensive experience not only in the development of advanced IT systems but also in applying them to real-life processes. During this time he created and managed numerous European research projects in the IT domain from the very first Framework Programmes. In 1995 he founded his own company, IT Consult GmbH, managing and co-ordinating collaborative projects in the areas of ICT and IT application in water management. Amongst his activities are the training and coaching researchers for collaborative research within the EC Framework Programmes, creating research networks between Europe and Third Countries, or training and capacity building for SMEs in innovation and competitiveness, both within the FP and the CIP programmes of the EC. During the past 2 years he was working in Serbia in the context of the ICIP Project, where his focus was on awareness and training for the FP7 and CIP Eco-Innovation programmes. Since the 90’s he has been a regular evaluator of proposals in the Framework Programmes, mainly in the ICT area. During the same period he acted as an independent reviewer of 17 RTD projects from the Information Technology area.
PROF. DR ANDREA MOGNI – EU Senior financial expert, In 1985 he joined the European Commission . He served in the EU Delegation to Ethiopia as economic advisor (1985-1989). Then he joined the international economic and financial Dept. of ECFIN (1989-1997) where he was in charge of macro-economic cooperation and assistance and monitoring structural reforms in the countries in transition in Central and Eastern Europe. He then moved to the economic Nord- South and countries in transition Dept. of the EU External Relations-RELEX (1997-2010) , in charge of relations with the IFIs, OECD, the UN and regional economic organizations and banks. He joined the European External Action Service-EEAS since its creation in January 2011 where he worked as senior policy coordinator/ senior financial expert and senior economist in the Department dealing with Global affairs. He was in charge of monitoring the impact of the economic crisis , EU economic relations with neighbouring countries, development issues, EU relations with countries in transition in the Balkans and the Med region, EU sectoral diplomacies, programming matters and financing instruments and the setting up of the EU Platform on blending EU investment grants with the IFIs loans.
ANDREJ GREBENC was at the European Commission for over a decade, involved in FP7 projects since the start of the programme in 2007, participated in preparation of new EU programme for research and innovation H2020, FP7 and H2020 Programme Management; worked as Motorways Tunnel Manager at Ministry of Transportation DARS and as Project and Program Manager for numerous organizations. Andrej has a wide range expertise in different areas like ICT, Energy, Transportation, Security, both in public and private sector.

Strossmayer of Osijek and University of Rijeka as an assistant professor. Member of board of governance of The Croatian Institute for Medical Research and Occupational Health (IMROH). Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb in 2005, completed medical training at University Hospital Centre Zagreb in 2006, residency from internal medicine at University Hospital CentreSestre Milosrdnice, Zagreb in 2011 and cardiology in University Hospital Thalassotherapia Opatija in 2015. Felowship from cardiac magnetic resonance imaging at University Hospital Tuebingen, Germany in 2012. Finished master of business administration study as a scholar of international TEMPUS project of the European Union in 2007, doctoral degree from clinical medicine (internal medicine) at University of Zagreb in 2011. Member of European society for Cardiology-ESC, Heart Failure Association of the ESC, W.G. on Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, Croatian Society for Cardiology, and member of editorial board in several peer reviewed journals. Active participation in numerous scientific and professional projects, with publications in peer reviewed journals.

M.Sc. ALDIN CELOVIC MBA – An overall management responsibility for all business aspects of SA Consulting Services GmbH as well as part of SA Group across whole Western Balkans Region is my primary task. In particular my responsibilities include business expansion plans, primarily focusing on the strategic enhancement of our market position. My key responsibilities also include all financial aspects and financial advisory services for our customers. SA Group is officially listed World Bank Group WBG / IFC consulting vendor. In the same time I am working of position of Partner Channel Manager in DataLab BH Ltd, more than six years. Also, one semester I was professor at American University Sarajevo, where I taught undergraduate students Global Banking, and MBA participants Finance for Managers. I was employee of Canadian FINOR Consulting in Sarajevo, position of Senior Consultant. FINOR’s portfolio was very advantage level of consulting, complex due diligence, merger and acquisitions, finance, business strategy, operations, HR. Owner of FINOR Consulting was Canadian Mr. Mark Neal CMA, ex Head of Finance and Accounting in OHR. For USA telecommunication company AirABA JSc, I was part of team for regional expansion, and main task was establish of sales at the Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbian market too. After completed Bachelors Degree with honors from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Electrical engineering, I completed also M.Sc. IT Management program provided from Japti Ljuljana, GEA College, Chamber of Economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ministry of Economy Republic of Slovenia. After that, I began my MBA study at Cotrugli Business School from Zagreb/Luxembourg in Ljubljana, after that continue in Zagreb, and finished in Belgrade in first Serbian MBA generation.In Cotrugli Alumni Bosnia and Herzegovina, I am on position of Vice President, in MBA BIH Association I am Member of the Board, and in the same time I am on the position of Ambassador for BIH in MBA Slovenia.
SUZANA VUJOVIC, has worked on numerous international projects in BiH, as Project Manager, for the organizations such as EU,Â USAID, World Bank and GIZ. Has bachelor degree in Literature and Business Administration from University of Sarajevo and University of Tornto. Key qualifications include management and project coordination, human resources, contracting and finance in fast-paced environments, including large projects; well experienced in coordination and liaison with stakeholders in private sector, tourism, wood processing, SME policy, energy efficiency and in civil society sector. Posses experience to support project marketing and communication activities (planning and coordination of key events and training conferences, workshops). She is strongly dedicated to lead and motivate teams.
BOSKO NEKTARIJEVIC graduated as BBA – Bachelor of Business Administration at Paris, France in 1999; Completed MBA – Master of Business Administration at the Solvay Business School, University of Brussels in 2002 and Executive education at Harvard University, USA in 2005. In addition, he has taken part at various other courses, seminars and trainings. Bosko has been providing support and training to EU project leaders since 2002 in leadership, cross cultural negotiations, project development, project proposal writing, etc. He is a principal designer of many educational programmes for over 6000 managers from business, government, academic, security and NGO sectors under the umbrella of various EU funding programs and projects. Bosko is experienced with FP6, FP7, H2020, CIP, COSME, IPA, EIDHR, Tempus, Youth in Action, Erasmus plus, Europe for Citizens, EBRD BAS, TAM and other EU instruments. Previously to his engagement at the European Training Acadmy, Bosko had founded the first Brussels based consultancy focused on the Balkans, lead European Movement Training Academy and Serbian Association of Managers and had successfully developed the Balkan Security Network.
